Wharfside own a strategically located building in the heart of Plymouth city centre which could comprise a key element of a new island development for A3, offices and residential. In the interim the building was let to Plymouth City Council for a specialist teaching unit who recently vacated and negotiations are well advanced with a specialist private company for use as a teaching establishment supporting the local university.
After a new letting to the Art College, the property was sold.
